The 2023 Aratas ‘Napa Valley’ Sauvignon Blanc is a sublime blend from two distinct vineyards in the Napa Valley.
A delightful blend of Sauvignon Blanc from grapes grown in two distinct vineyards: our original vineyard deeply rooted in complex alluvial soils on the valley floor in the District of Oak Knoll AVA and the other planted to vine in the cool Diablo soil surrounding our winery in the Los Carneros AVA of Napa Valley.
100% Sauvignon Blanc. Hand harvested SEptember 19, 2023. Co-fermented 6 months sur lie style in French oak for supple texture and mouthfeel.
[Tasting impressions: A highly aromatic wine with lively acidity and impressions of mango, dried pineapple, wet rock, honeydew melon, lychee and green tea and a glimpse of gooseberry.
