ALL ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE SOLD IN CALIFORNIA AND TITLE PASSES TO YOU IN CALIFORNIA. We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wines into any state outside of California. You, as the buyer, are solely responsible for shipment of alcoholic beverage products. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you. Sorry but we can not ship to UT, MT, MA, AL, MS, AR, OK, DE, SD, KY. Adult signature is required for delivery (21 yrs of age).

Return Policy
All sales are final. Wine may only be returned if damaged due to cork taint provided the cork or bottle is returned for analysis. We will replace or refund at our discretion.
