Shipping Policy
We use standard ground shipping via 3rd party licensed common carrier. On occasion delivery may be delayed due to extreme seasonal temperatures. You will be notified in the event of a fulfillment hold. Contact us for affordable temp controlled and expedited delivery options. ADULT SIGNATURE IS REQUIRED FOR DELIVERY [+21 years of age].
You will receive carrier tracking via email within 3 business days. If shipment is undeliverable and returned you will be charged for the transport cost and restock fee. In the event we experience a temp hold due to extreme weather conditions, you will be notified. On occasion we may elect to ship via temperature controlled “summer solutions” which may cause a deviation from the normal delivery schedule. We will notify you of any anticipated delay.
ALL ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE SOLD IN CALIFORNIA AND TITLE PASSES TO YOU IN CA. [ Excluding orders shipped to Virginia]. Sales tax, where applicable, and shipping via ground delivery will be added to all online orders. You authorize us to transport your wine on your behalf via licensed third party common carrier. We make no representation to the legal right to ship or import wine to your state. You assume responsibility for shipment of alcoholic beverages. We are unable to ship to the following states: UT, AR, MS, AL, RI, DE, IL, NM, MO ]. Please contact us regarding ship options to HI and AK. Privacy and Security
Aratas Wine will never share your personal information or credit card with any company or 3rd party that is not directly associated with the fulfillment of your order. Your credit card data is encrypted and protected from unauthorized access.
Return Policy
All sales are final. Wine may only be returned if damaged due to cork taint provided the cork or bottle is returned for analysis. We will replace or refund at our discretion.
